Our Vocational Offer

At Infinite Schools, we recognise that excellence looks different for every learner. For students with a passion for practical learning or a natural aptitude in hands-on fields, our Vocational Offer provides a transformative, skills-based pathway that is ambitious, rigorous, and directly aligned with future employment and accreditation.

Our programme is rooted in real-world experience, high-quality teaching, and qualifications that hold genuine value.

Hair & Beauty

Delivered through AQA Unit Awards, our Hair & Beauty pathway introduces learners to the fundamentals of:

Beauty & Hygiene Practices

Nail Care & Nail Art Techniques

Skincare and Facials

Working in a Salon Environment

Pupils work towards recognised units across the academic year (see table below), with practical delivery by experienced vocational tutors in a salon-style setting, building confidence, communication and fine motor skills alongside professional knowledge.

Construction Trades & Skilled Pathways

Our Construction Skills programme is mapped against AQA Unit Awards and leads into BTEC Level 1 & 2 Awards and CSCS certification readiness. This pathway includes:

Joinery & Brickwork

Health & Safety Awareness

Plastering Tiling, and Grounds Maintenance

We combine core trade knowledge with therapeutic classroom culture and clear industry progression routes — ideal for students with an eye on apprenticeships or vocational college routes post-16.

Who is it for?

This vocational curriculum is designed for:

Learners who thrive in practical settings

Pupils with SEND or EHCPs who require alternative engagement routes

Students with natural talent or deep interest in vocational skills

We ensure all pupils work towards accreditation, receive individualised feedback, and complete evidence-based portfolios of their work, contributing to wider Functional Skills, GCSE, and Personal Development planning.

Why it works?

Our vocational approach is not just about trades — it’s about confidence, employability, creativity and purpose. Students engage in structured, goal-oriented pathways, while gaining core skills in:

Communication and teamwork
