Stuart
Howarth

Proprietor

Stuart Howarth is the Founder, CEO and Proprietor of Infinite Schools. He holds a BSc, MSc and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and originally trained as a science teacher, specialising in Biology, at St Peter’s Catholic High School in Wigan. Stuart has developed extensive experience in professional sports as a rugby league player and across both mainstream and alternative education settings, which underpins the design and values of Infinite Schools today.

Having led the organisation through its formation, growth and stabilisation, Stuart now operates at proprietor level, with strategic responsibility for vision, governance, growth and system design across the group. His role focuses on ensuring long-term sustainability, educational integrity, and organisational resilience, rather than day-to-day school operations.

Stuart is deeply committed to building schools that deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for students while supporting and developing strong leadership teams. Infinite Schools is grounded in clear values and robust systems, designed to serve its community responsibly while maintaining a culture of care, professionalism and high standards.

Dympna
Woods

Executive Headteacher

Dympna brings a wealth of expertise in teaching and school leadership, having worked in diverse settings including some of our region’s most disadvantaged communities. Her experience also encompasses the Voluntary Aided sector, publicly funded schools and academies; she has also worked as an Educational Consultant and recently been appointed as a School Improvement Partner for one of our region’s Local Authorities. In addition, Dympna regularly participates in school inspections across the North West of England, as part of her role as an Ofsted inspector and has lead multiple Independent school sites through a variety of inspections, transformed schools of late.

Zoe
Phillips

Head of Inclusion

Zoe is a highly experienced SENDCo and inclusion leader with over 20 years in education and deep expertise supporting children with complex needs. She has led specialist ASD provisions, developed adaptive curricula, and worked closely with multi-agency teams to ensure no child is left behind.

Zoe is passionate about breaking down barriers to learning and creating environments where all children regardless of need or background can thrive. Her leadership style is compassionate, strategic, and rooted in high standards. Zoe supports both students and staff through expert training, personalised provision, and relentless advocacy for what is right.

Nic Baker

School Operations and Behaviour Lead

Nic holds an undergraduate degree in Children, Schools and Families from the School of Social Work and has built a diverse and impactful career dedicated to supporting young people, particularly those facing barriers within the education system.
 
Nic began her professional journey as a Family Support Lead across a group of academy schools, working with both primary and secondary settings. In this role, Nic led on the coordination of targeted family support and multi-agency interventions, while also working directly with students who were struggling with attendance or finding it difficult to meet the demands of their education. Through tailored support strategies, advocacy, and close collaboration with school staff and families, Nic played a key role in helping these students re-engage with their learning, overcome barriers, and enhance their overall educational experience.

Karolina Bobrowska

Curriculum and Assessment Lead

Karolina is a highly experienced and dynamic practitioner within the independent specialist education sector. With a strong foundation in performance and pedagogy, she holds degrees in both Professional and Commercial Dance and Dance Teaching, blending creativity with structured curriculum expertise.

Her career has spanned a range of educational settings, delivering high-quality physical education, wellbeing, and academic instruction across both primary and secondary phases. She has held lead roles in curriculum development and behaviour-informed practice, with a particular focus on engaging students with complex needs.

Karolina has developed a strong reputation for her inclusive and trauma-informed approach to teaching, particularly with learners who have experienced educational disruption. Her leadership journey includes delivering GCSE PE theory and Science, building assessment frameworks, and mentoring staff in delivering differentiated, values-led education.
