Warrington

Holly House

Holly House is our Warrington site, the third school in the Infinite Schools group. The offer, the standards and the approach are identical. Consistent quality wherever a pupil is placed.

Academic Pathway

GCSEs in English Language and Literature, Mathematics, RS Science and options subject, alongside Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards. An ambitious curriculum that opens the door to further education, apprenticeship or employment.

Reading Across the Curriculum

Reading is woven through every subject and every part of the day. We identify gaps on entry and close them through structured intervention and daily reading routines. Reading is the foundation everything else stands on.

Vocational Specialisms

Hands-on vocational learning in hair and beauty alongside enrichment-led practical experiences. Pupils develop practical skills, workplace habits and the confidence that comes from making something real.

Deep and Enriching Curriculum

Broad, ambitious and sequenced from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 4 outcomes. We do not narrow the curriculum for our pupils. We change the route to the same standard.

Therapeutic and Wellbeing Support

Embedded therapeutic and wellbeing provision within the school day. Wellbeing is built into how we operate not added on alongside it.

Trauma-Informed and Relational Practice

Staff know every pupil deeply. Pupils feel safe because they are known. The relational standard is the foundation of everything else.

Targeted Intervention and Pastoral Care

Literacy, numeracy and personal development intervention alongside bespoke pastoral support. Family contact is consistent and meaningful. Parents and carers are partners in the work.

Enrichment

A purposeful enrichment programme that widens horizons and builds character. Enrichment is a deliberate part of the educational offer not a reward.

Transition and Destinations

Strong working partnerships with local Warrington colleges, post-16 providers and employers. Personalised transition planning from day one. Pupils leave Holly House knowing where they are going and how to get there.

Our Environment

A beautiful Key Stage 3 & 4 grade II listed building and community designed for young people who have not thrived in traditional settings. Structured but flexible. The same standards across the group with subtle contextual adaptations for our Warrington students and families.
